lets say i wake at
7:00am
coffee
9:00
4 free range omega eggs
6 egg whites
1 banana
bcaas l-leucine
12:00
usually steak or lean beef about a lb
apple
bcaas l-leucine
3:00
combat shake by musclepharm
4:00 training time6
another shake when i get done
45 minutes later
15-20oz meat
6 slices ezekiel and maybe rice or pasta
bcaas l-leucine
hour later
whatev i feel like

i watched the vid and i see where hes coming from...but it all comes down to what the specific individual is looking for you know...powerlifting meet...strongman contest...or just strength in general....i might see how many times i can deadlift 405 soon
