Yeah my dog get super freaked out and shakes during storms. The vet prescribed him valium. He is supposed to take 20-30mg's, idk how he handles it. I take 5mg and am out like a light. On 20mg's of valium he's the happiest dog on the planet.

Lol the dog is a 50lb schnauzer. Dogs must be able to take it better than humans, he's the happiest dog in the world with all that valium in him. 10mg is too much for me, I break them in half.

nice.. I'm definitely gonna see about gettin some.. I feel so bad for her when she's sittin there terrified.. nothing we can do though, if we touch or comfort her it only makes it worse..

Yeah, it works wonders. Keep an eye on the weather and try to give it to her before the storm hits. My dog was panting and shaking so bad one time I was worried he was going to have a heart attack.

thats mental I was on a high doc perscribed dose at one stage years ago but they started me on 5mg 3x's a day and it didnt do a thing to me but they wouldnt up it for 4-6 months if I remember correctly

Yeah doc's are real careful with benzo's. I'm not afraid of becoming addicted to them, but some people do. I'm not really a fan, they just put me to sleep which is why i'm taking them now. 5mg's knocks me out cold, any more than that and i'm groggy the next day.

meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal
meal 2: 1 hour later 8 eggwhite 2 yolk
Workout
Post workout Shake
Meal 3: One hour later - Suped Up shake - 2 whole eggs, yogurt, whole banana 2 scoops of protein- 1 cup milk
Another meal. salmon , 1/2 cup brownrice
Workout 2
Post workout Juice from a juicer, 3 carrots, 1 cucumber, 1/2 lime, 1 green apple, 4 stalks of celery, ginger
Meal 4: -More Eggs and Kashi Cereal w/blueberries
Meal 5: -2 Steaks, 1/2 cup brown rice, salad (cashews, 1/2 avocado) Baked Sweet Potato Fries, Whole grain bread
Night Cap Casein protein, 1/2 cottage cheese, penut butter 1 cup milk
I maintain my weight at 195 while lowering bf right now.

Nah I would have to work to really wreck it. This will last for a couple days, I'll look better than ever, then it's back to a somewhat clean diet. I like to stay super ripped in the summer which is easy working construction.
