I was on 750mg until today, I only took 250 cause I have a formal thing tomorrow with gf's parents and don't want to be sweating. I'll take 250 after that.

I think 500mg of crystal would be the sweet spot for me though, 750 is fine if you can chill in shorts and t-shirt and it's cold out, but it can get pretty intense.

For you, you got a job, try alternating 250 with 500 mg days and the results should be good on a longer run, and not too sideful.

well, the weight you loose on DNP is supposto be more fat then muscle then if you lost the weight natty or with cardio.

Can't tell until it's over, it actually makes you look more sloppy when you are on. So like you hold water in your belly and love handles. And because your muscles are glycogen depleated they look flat and week. I don't feel like I look better or thinner but I won't know until 5 days post cycle when the bloat goes and muscles rebound.
