I was 2 hours from home. No idea who it was or why. But I know names now cuz ppl saw it and know them. It was at a bar. I was just talking to my friend and bam... I was down. Before I could say wtf... I was grabbed by my friends and taken outside. So I'm deciding whether or not tto press charges and sue the shit out of them. Depends on how surgery goes and if my face is ****ed up ffor life. Mess my pretty fface up and ill mess your life up.

Why is there a question if you should press charges or not. I vote HELL yes. Sucker punching you and breaking your jaw??? Only reason I would not is if I had planned on taking care of things myself but personally I'm one of those people who like to take my time. Speaking of, that reminds me I have some past business to take care of soon.

Press charges for sure..... Sue them and get the medical expenses covered. Take the pain and suffering money - invest half and use the other half to make them disappear 2 years from now

Personally I like to wait 3 or 4 years to further eliminate suspicion. Yeah I think I'm right at the 4 yr mark since my quads got stolen by the meth head neighbor out of my moms garage 2 days after she died from pancreatic cancer. A few days later he also broke into the house via smashing the sliding glass door but all valuables had been removed. I was 99% sure it was him but 100% after his cousin who was staying with him told me.
Yeah it's about that time.

My unsolicited advice: Lawyer up, subpoena any video evidence ASAP and DEFINITELY sue for at the very least, medical expenses.
