i wish i had a big enough kitchen and apartment, i would process it myself. but i think if i was in my parking garage skinning out and processing a deer, these city folks probably would not like it!!!
going to make smoked sausage, jerky, ground meat, chorizo pan sausage, and some tamales!

trying to decide if i want to start a fitness log in the diet forum...
-
10-01-2015, 11:00 AM #103144
I hit the weights 4 days a week, sometimes 5 days.
-
10-01-2015, 11:01 AM #103145
But I also love to box, run (sprints and some distance), ride bikes, go on hikes, swim, volleyball, etc....

Thinking a log of my diet and of my daily activities may really motivate me to become a better athlete and of course be a muscular sum'bitch
-
10-01-2015, 11:02 AM #103147
As a bodybuilder, I'm think about aesthetics of the muscles and their relative size, but

I am into so many more activities that I want to go 100% in, for fun. Like the boxing for example:

I can't hit the heavy bag after traing back/bis without being severely weakened in the wrists which could lead to injury.

After legs...I have no power and I cannot throw any power, I'm basically training a jab for 30 minutes
-
10-01-2015, 11:05 AM #103151
So, I'm thinking about making a fitness log in the diet forum that would detail my diet and the differences in my diet when I prepare for different activities.
-
10-01-2015, 11:05 AM #103152
Of course, this would still have a focus on strength training, because at the basis of my lifestyle and my approach to athletics, I am a powerful guy and I really enjoy muscle building.
-
10-01-2015, 11:06 AM #103153
Thoughts?
-
10-01-2015, 11:07 AM #103154
I will first need to nail down a diet... that doesn't sound fun.
-
10-01-2015, 11:08 AM #103155
Then just wing it and if people are interested in following it would be fun to take recommendations and experiment with activities and how they can be "stacked" together in a single day or in sequential days...
-
10-01-2015, 11:18 AM #103156
Yeah. It would be helpful for me, and I'm guessing it would be helpful and maybe even a little entertaining for others.

I do a lot of cross country...I ride up all the mountains that I ride down...obviously there smaller mountains...mostly its on snowmobile trails because you can actually go somewhere through the forest and I know you know how rugged it is up here in maine, very challenging but I am addicted to all aspects of it and cant get enough...and yes I have 2 bikes right now a full suspension scott bike and a framed fat bike with the 4.5 inch wide tires...I love that thing I use it for winter....
