I need to find a new gym....I got up 06.30am got ready got my self to the gym for 07.30 which is the time there ment to open nobody is there,08.00 comes still no one there then i get a phone call from the owner saying he's gonna be another 25 minutes he woke up late and can i tell everyone he's on his way.

I been training there abot 8 years Erns there more like friends,it would benefit them cos i would open earlier than they do anyway,but it aint gonna happen so im searching for a new gym

I use to have loads of equipment at home the only problem i find with that is i would always find a excuse not to use it,at least when i train in a gym theres knothing else there so you have to do it

For me it's the opposite. I have no excuses when the equipment is right there in front of me.

erm..last night it was crazy, cars coming down my hill sidewards, it was like a blizard. But now its just cold and icy, couldnt do AM cardio i would have needed skates.

I havent checked the forecast mate, im just sat on my setee like a cabage, fools has just come on so that will keep me occupied for an hour or so. BBC1 tune in.
