on about 2000 calories a day tops

plus I'm doing between 25 and 45 min of high intensity cardio per day in addition to my lifting.
alternating between my rowing maching...I typically do 6 k's and that only takes me about 21 min but it's the most intense shit you'll ever to
eliptical...and I don't do the eliptical like a chick where I can read a mag or watch tv at the same time...I crank that beast up in resistance so I'm averaging what the computer says is about 1500 cal/hr average for 45min
and riding the bike...and I find all exercise bikes are a little different depending on who makes it...but I'm putting out 300 watts on the cybex one and holding it for 45 min.
one of those three every day...avoiding running right now because I don't want knee problems messing up my cycle

otherwise i would have a heart attack, i cant fvking breathe..
then again, i smoke a pack of cigs a day and enjoy my herbs daily...im a fvking trainwreck...
