If thats the case ill be 200lbs at 30% bf lol, i ant got the time to wait around for aload of scum to leave when they get bored, its open 1pm -8pm, i start work at 8.30am and finish at 5.30pm, i want to be at the gym at 6am that would be ideal to me, just found myself a gym at £40, fukin empty 90% of the time

I've just got to be more consistant about not taking long breaks from the gym
usually what happens is I get injured, have to take time off then it ends up being a longer break then expected.
I've had a lot of set backs. But still doing decent

one day i saw a guy doing cardio with a broken arm and in my head i went thats what dedication is.....
my doctor told me to stay away from gym cause back muscles were demaged i fell off of stairs so i weighted 3 days while taking his medication all it did made me sleepy so i said fvck it and did back and did a dead lift 150lbs.....muscle went back to normal.....

I couldn't do legs for the last 6 or 8 months and that really screwed up everything.
my cardio wasn't happening and I didn't put as many miles on my bicycle this summer as usual (only like 1-2k). Diet has been poor.
Hip issues, possibly IT band.
It's resolved now. I'm back to doing legs, trying to take it slow. But I was squating 315 for 12 last time in the gym. Not near where I was but baby steps.

Relax cal...i go to the gym, work my sexi arse off , i used to be able to go different times of day (quiet times) now circumstances have changed its shit, to small and over filled at the time i get to go, and the cardio just toped it off for me, so 1st thing i did today was ring round other gyms, and hopefully ill be relocated for monday ....

had my diet tweaked by afew of the guru's on here and all. been solid with it and training. im bigger then ive ever been. im stronger then ive ever been. but cant gain that weight
