so I was in vermont last weekend skiing, almost on the canadian border...not much population there
no guys with muscle for the most part
so after skiing on saturday took a little nap
wasn't super hungry and didn't want to spend a boat load on dinner
so there is this general store a few miles down the road that has a good deli
got some sandwiches there as did my 3 friends who were with me
Sandwich took a little while since in was a steak and cheese and the cute little high school aged chick that worked there too awhile to make it.
On the wall I saw a t-shirt for their business and on the back it says "you can't beat our meat"
I asked the older chick at the register (who wasn't bad looking since she was like 35 years old)

I had a t-shirt on with my ski coat over it, and the t-shirt was just something I wear under my sweater usually for skiing so it's a little tight.
anyway, decided to buy a t-shirt
I couldn't decide what size to go with so I asked if I could try one on over my t-shirt
she said no prob, so I took my ski coat off
both of their jaws hit the floor, they started giggling and talking about my muscles
they both came over and started squeezing my arms and loving it
my friends thought it was hilarious, but they are much smaller and didn't get the same attention.
I had a smile on my face all the way back to the hotel

I feel like I have a long way to go as far as bodyfat %
I'm looking pretty good right now
but injuries have made me take so many long breaks
I don't think I compare that well to a lot of the members here
more muscle less fat, repeat
at least the last 4 months I've been able to make continuious progress with few set backs except for some tendonitis in my feet from overtraining cardio
knee problems with running as always
but I've been able to alternate things and keep moving forward

i already bump up the cardio one hour ...15 minutes stair master, 15 minutes bike and 30 minutes cardio in the evening,,,,,,,,,my tshirt is soaked at the end of the workout

have you totally addressed your diet cal
cause it's so damn important to me that I eat right and avoid the booz
I find once my diet falls apart it goes to total shit and it can take me weeks to get it back on track
like, I'll go 6 weeks eating exactly what I ment to
then I'll fall off completely cause I went away for a weekend and allowd myslef whatever I wanted knowing I'd be back on diet when I got back...only I find it painful to eat healthy to get back on track.

I'm letting myself turn white...it really shows off my back and chest hair to have a white backdrop...whatever, being more white will prolly help me get a job lol. Plus when it comes shirt taking off time of the year, I'm gonna hit the mt2 and sunshine, and sneak in a few lightbulb sessions and turn myslef into a darkie.
and I don't feel like doing laundry

yep phate did it for me and i do one cheat meal per week. Cardio is good cause I lost 70 lbs thanks to Cardio

40min on bike
my ipod broke at 30 min so I didn't feel like staying on much longer after that
262.8 pounds
so, I'm only up like 3 pounds in 7 weeks on cycle.
strength is awesome, I'm sure I've put on at least 3 pounds of muscle
if there is any water rentention and I'm sure there is, sould be ending the cycle lighter then I started.

Figure get down to %10 from where im at ill be around a solid 196 or so. at said point assess where im at and then do a lean bulk to around 220 or so and cut back down to %10 im sure ill put on a couple % with the bulk. who knows once i get to 196 at %10 i might like it and keep cutting? probably not though . . . but what im thinkin is lean bulk to the point that if i decide to compete i can come in at a solid 202 at around %3-4. of course local competition, it'd be my first. so maintain arouns 220's at %10 and work up or down from there. awesome things about our bodys we can continuously grow and expand in every way.
I figure to cut right now test e 500mg a week 250mg every 3rd day would work. 10 weeks then pct. couple that with 60 min cardio a day an intense weight routine and a 1500-2000 calorie diet thats carb restricted like the anabolic diet should cut it for me. Then after the same time off maybe a test deca ccyle if i wanna bulk or if i continue cutting a prop/var cycle or something, only time will tell.
