slower movements (dont use momentum/gravity), contractions/squeeze each rep, and it's taken a while to learn what works for me, and what doesnt - and changing my training as needed to get rid of what isn't right for my body.

i am honestly lucky to have found her...if i had one of those aerobic chicks, or the skinny 20yr old "trainers" at places like the YMCA - i dont think i would have lost the weight OR my current progress without her.

most people think when i say i have a female trainer that she's an aerobics chick..... but when they see her, they understand.

and she's honestly one of the absolute nicest people i've ever met. positive, realistic, down to earth and funny as hell...

if i was straight, i'd chase her.

I am officially a Michigan man. Was near a club up in kings cross when i heard a bunch of girls which i though i had a Canadian accent, I got a wee bit excited thinking that they were maybe cal's girls, so i went over to say hey, there was 4 18yr old girls from Michigan, just got to Sydney 2 weeks ago for a holiday.
