been floating between 210 and 218 for last year

i pulled a lower back muscle few weeks ago

still trained hard up until last week

when pain became too much

so thats why im takin few weeks off to let it heal

been going to chiropractor too

showed me my x rays

my hips and neck are so out of whack

that its straining my back alot

I took a gram yesterday, doubt I will today. After my morning 500mg I'm aweful sweaty. I only expect to get in another 250 today.

weighed in at 255 at the gym today...a little discouraging given my weight was 256.8 after eating a huge meal on monday.
