I took 1250mg of DNP yesterday
and 500mg so far today and it still isn't all that hot yet
noticable but not as much heat as I was getting last time around

That's a good plan eod is more than enough for prop and not quite enough for tren . You can still shoot the prop eod and keep half your injections very low in volume and that makes it easy to use smaller sites like biceps and pecs

oh, you mean the DNP , I'm not too worried. I did 750mg ed before. Had to drop the dose at multiple points cause it was a little too intense. 1250mg the first day still isn't up to the level of 750mg ed in week 2.

the plan is 750mg today, see how I feel, prolly 750mg tomorrow see how I feel. then assess weather to go to 1gram or drop or stay at 750 or what. I'm not crazy, I know how 750 makes me feel. I frontloaded it to get to less then the equiv of 750mg ed.
Kicking in all at once doesn't happen, it builds in your system. So people who go too high with their ed dose eventually end up in a world of hurt as the days go on and if you're not carful it can be too late to lower the dose cause the heat is kickin like mad.

some people start at 500mg and don't feel it then go to 750mg the next day and are like wtf, that's nothing and go to 1250mg.
But 1250mg the 3rd day is more total DNP in your system then 1250mg the first day by a lot. So that's how you can get in to trouble. If I stop whoring, you'll know I'm dead.

anyway, I think the level I'm at is OK, last night was a little warm with no clothes on and a fan on me in a 60 degree room so it's working.
You don't have to be in hell to get results as long as you don't totally pig out.

I'm running with T3 this time so I'll be extra careful too, that might add heat. I only stopped cause I thought my T3 levels were low and I wasn't getting effectiveness as a result. But I scored some T3 from a buddy. I was only off for 4 days.
