Again, no offense to J3 but "Guru" is some pretty high praise. There are only two people on this board I would even use is the same sentence as "Guru" and "Diet" and that's Nark and Bino. I would say Phates knowledge is on par with anyones but I dont think he had the experience of working with several competitive athletes to warrant that status yet. I still would not hesitate to ask him for advice and get his opinions.

i agree completely, i try to mention that i don't have the experience of nark or bino and that they are much more knowledgeable than i am, especially on the topic of competitive dieting and such, i don't think i am near "rounded" enough to warrant the guru title, i have knowledge on some areas but it wears thin in others unlike theirs that is vast in many areas

hopefully in a few years if i can research more and use my body to experiment i will have the knowledge to hold a proper debate with them, but that will require much more work, lol

I have seen the contest pic and his ab pic from MD were not up to par. Fake pics, threats upon peoples families and lively hood etc. What kind of man does that??
