I notice a lot of people who wear them here as well, but.. I never
knew they were called 'boat shoes' I thought they were Moccasins.

I do a lot of fishing so it kind of comes with the territory
Moccasins are what indians wear silly
LOL too funny, I actually do most of my fishing in Boca Grande, Columbia clothing and Sperry boat shoes are a staple down there.

Well then, I don't wear boat shoes. I take that back, I like Moccasins.
But, only the ones made by Tom's. (The company that gives a free pair
to kids when you purchase a pair yourself) They have nice styles, but I
didn't know they were any different than boat shoes. Lol!

Im also on a boat a lot. And I do wear them around town when Im wearing shorts.
If I go casual jeans, I go with moccasin loafers.

Boat shoes are expensive, quality made of leather and such...

I found a nice suede pair, not a huge fan of the brown leather color.
I guess it's just a preference of the kind of clothes I wear, lol.
