Anyone have this in your gym?
I switched gyms three months ago and this is the first time I have seen this forearm gadget. I can honestly say I have never seen my forearms blow up so fast.

I use a similar one at my gym. Its basically a wooden stick with a rope. The rope has a clasp on the end, and you just add the plate that you want. It works great. I have a hard time opening my hands afterward.

Yeah I need to start doing forearms again, when I did forearms I would just grap an e-z curl bar and rest it on my knees and do it and then add weight when necessary, burned like a bitch.

I've got one I made up at my shop where I lift. For me, the key is to make sure to use it in both directions. Roll it up to bring the weight up and then roll it down (under control) until the weight is back to it's lowest point. Then start the whole process again rotating the bar/handle in the opposite direction you initially started from.
...and for you guys that are prone to tennis elbow, brace your arms on something solid and start off light.

I have one similar but its made with PVC and it's a 3" piece. Helps develop both forearm strength and grip strength.
