Ronnie Colemen
So I went to the San Jose NPC where my friend competed and Ronnie Colemen was guest posing. I thought he looked like shit. What do u guys think?

damn he looks old and I dont if "fattening" would be the right word to describe his mid-section, but it looks like he is a bloated whale.

uhh they look more manly than ronnie does. i can honestly thing they look better than ronnie, i hardly see any definition with ronnie. He looked good back in like 2000 but he did something that was not good. sorry but if u have to be in "contest shape" just to look good then wtf is the point. whats the point of looking good for a month outta the year and looking like a fat slob the rest of the year. lou ferigno is 60 and could still probably beat ronnie in a competition based on that picture.

He has always looked like shit in the off season...in fact, most of the pro's do (Lee Priest especially). He's just chillin' right now, enjoying the time off, before he has to start getting serious for next year's O.

He is a good dude. I have met him many times and is always really nice and polite. I see nothing wrong with him except he probably is eating like a slob right now.

He looks really bloated, and seems to be smaller. It looks like he's lost muscle size too.
He's still awesome, but it looks like my man Jay Cutler will be taking home another win at Mr.O.

Come on everyone.... Are we forgetting he is almost 46 years old right now!!! I think he looks pretty freakin unreal for being 11 years past what a bodybuilder considers their peak! (35yrs old) Think about it he is about old enough to compete in the master and he is still pretty much winning the young mans competitions!!

so that's why i didn't see him at metroflex this last week.....he outta town....dunno what you people are smokin but he's a beast...and most pros as someone already said don't stay anywhere near contest shape ALL the time.

I actually saw an Off beat Article in that one magazine that used to be publised that talked about steroids and B.B cant remeber the name of it but it had a bunch of Photos of all the pros (on the sneak) and showed how horrible they all looked No definition, big bellies! Had Dorian Yates, Ronnnie Coleman Lee Priest and some others too! It asically said that they take all the pictures they use for the entire year within klike 2 weeks from the contest day! That is why they look so ripped all year long in the magazine! They are sitting back with big bellies and the pictures make them look like they are in contest shape! I Do know that Jay Cutler never gets above like 9% BF! I have actually seen him 9,6, and 4 months out from the "o" and he still looked unreal!
