music while training
I choose to listen to heavy metal while lifting; metallica, papa roach, anthrax, etc. And believe it or not I lkie to listen to Armin Van Buuren while doing cardio.
Whats everybody else doing?

Im charging mine up right now as well as adding/changing my tunes. What really sucks is that if I have no music I cannot concentrate to save my life, ya know. When I belonged to a Ballys back in the day they were playing some slow, like r&b music and I asked the guy if you were trying to fall in love in this place instead of training. He had this goofy look on his face when I askid him to change the station. Dont get me wrong Im all about r & b but theres a time and place for everything.

Definately loud and angry music for me, ie Lamb of God, All that Remains.
I've actually been thinking about listening to music that i really dislike in the gym, i figure i would be so pissed off from listening to it, that i would lose my shit and be able to lift heavier. Don't try to understand my reasoning, i don't even understand it.

Rage Against the Machine always gets me pumped. Bad Religion comes in at a close second.
