    Is this guy for real or just forgot to take his meds???? OK if you arent on meds I'm sorry, you need to go to a doc and get some though.

    Paranoid schizophrenia comes to mind.

    I'm sure they are all plotting against you or they know you have aids, cancer or a tumor and no one has told you yet.
