    Ok so im about to order myself some multi vitamins..

    can anyone suggest the best one out there? I usually get the gnc megamen sport but i hear is a scam from many lol..so what suggestion do u guys have?

    There are mixed opinions on multi vitamins
    I remember seeing a study testing them and the the results were shocking.
    Only the really expensive ones actually had what they said they had in them.

    Most dont even aborb they just pass through in bowl movements
    I think liquid might be better? I still have a cabinet full of them though LOL
