Hey guys, im starting the p90x soon and had a question about the diet. Im debating on what phase of the nutrion program i want to use. Phase 1 the fat shredder, phase 2 the energy booster, or phase the 3 the endurance maximizer? im currently 6 ft even and weigh 235 lbs. i keep pretty active at work and at the gym so i burn off calories. but im also looking to drop some weight also? any advice? i was thinking going with the endurance maximizer, but i want to get the most out of the program to
