Moving day tomarrow

Been living in my current place for 5 years. A big company bought our complex and decided to remodel and raise the rents by $500 a month. I've seen the new ones and they're nice, but 1800 for a 1 bedroom apt is a little out of range in todays market where I live. I've been on month to month and that leaves little recourse. Anyways I'm moving 4 minutes away from work and 2 minutes from a potential new gym. It's also close to Mt. Tamalpias State park where mountain biking was born.
I pick up the truck at 8am and I have comcast at noon. Probably cutting it close but I like to live on the edge. It's only 10 miles from where I live but its rush hour and i dont have too much stuff.

are u serious $1800 for an appartment......in maine that would get you a kick ass home with plenty of land......whats the minnimum wage ther like 30 buks an hour? who can afford that?
