damn it already
Just got my wife a new car. we haven't made 1 payment yet. Someone either purposely hit her car with something or something fell on it some where. It smashed the tail light and dent the trunk and quarter panel. whatever it was came down on it. def not another car. What ever it was was round almost looks like it was hit with a bat. So now its $2,000 to fix

i should give that a try.
I knew our luck. I paid some extra when i bought the car that they would fix any ding or scratch smaller then an i-pod for free.
i really think someone did it. If something fell on the car it would have been still on the car or laying there.
I dont know if the wife pissed of another girl at work or what. But she is still in tears about it

Yeah I'd be quizzing her if she has made anyone angry lately. Not insinuating or anything, just saying is all.

If you have a low enough deductible, turn it in on your insurance. You can usually get some decent body shops to work with you on what price they report to the insurance company, and quite possibly not pay a nickel out of your own pocket.

Where did this happen? At home or at her work?
I started having some problems with kids around my neighborhood so I invested $300 in wired security camera and made it obvious I have them posted with signs. no more problems.

Wow that really sux. Sorry to hear that.
There is a store called the Spy Shoppe, don't know if you have one were you live, but you can have a camera wired in your car and turn it on anytime your out of the car and it video tapes everything going on.
Best results are to get 2... 1 front and 1 for the back.
I understand not wanting to put in a claim, even though its a 'hit and run' or 'vandilism' it still counts on the insurance rates and as an accident... It was that way for my insurance anyway in NY.
Good luck
Chloe

that sucks.....that's why i DESPISE populated areas so much, so much more probable to find douchebags that would do something like this
I feel that just about the lowest thing someone can possibly do is damage someone else's vehicle. It's just not right.
