I see hundreds of that commercial for extenze or something where men take pills to help them be bigger. They say they have sold millions or bilions.

My understanding is the side affect here is real and limited, but does work. I simply was asking about doses. Of course T does not work for men because all the benefit to them was used up when they were in uterous thrugh about 18 years old. This potentiality has not been fully used for women.

Myself I simply would enjoy being 1/4 instead of 1/8. I dont think I have any interest in the extreme examples. The affects are mostly permanant. Why is it so radical and different than men using and trying a variety of things to enhance and beautify themselves.

I am positive everyone in fitness/ weight lifting takes their steroids exactly as prescribed.

I don't know what the word troll means except from other contexts in language. From comments here I assume it is someone who spoils things or is dishonest.
