Did anyone watch Question Time featuring Nick Griffin last night?
Not sure how many of you guys over seas can access BBC and BBC i.player but I managed to watch Question Time with Nick Griffin, political leader of the BNP, and the show was a mixture of interest and shambolic bullshit.
I would say 90% of the show was dedicated to ripping into Nick Griffin. Hardly surprising being it was the BBC, an ultra left corporation. Did anyone not find it upsetting that all people like Jack Straw and Baroness Waldi could do was pander to the left, spout rhetoric and not answer anything asked of them? Most of the drones of the general masses will jump on the "BNP is evil mmkay" bandwagon but Griffin did make some salient points. We do have an immigration problem, in a time of a recession and mounting unemployment we are still allowing mass amounts of immigration, a lot of these people not accounted for. He also stated that once a Conservative Government get in, which they will come next general election, there is no doubt they will join with the US and invade Iran. And he's right about one thing, for all the propaganda of the Government, of the BBC, there's no blood on his hands.
I thought Griffin aquitted himself fairly well, when accused of being someone opposed to democracy he clearly showed how the labour government is selling out to the EU.
Griffin also stated that we shouldn't be in a war with Iraq, that we should never have gotten into a war and its the fault of goverments like Labour and Conservative that we are in one. When also critisized over his stance on Islam being a "wicked faith", well how can you not fault him on that? I know that sounds very anti-semetic, but because of Labour we now have Sharia Law which is against democracy, freedom of speech and equality for women.
Of course the majority of the panel simply rabble roused the audience the whole time, we prehaps one or two actual free thinkers attacking the likes of Straw and Baroness Walsi.
If people want to piss and moan about the BNP, then fine, but its because of the absolute incompetence of our Government that they have two seats in Europe. People are actually beginning to get sick of the lies coming from mainstream politicians, and this is a problem that I feel is not just in the UK but the US as well. Labour and Conservatives have no one to blame but themselves for the BNP becoming more and more popular now.
Initially the BBC didn't want the BNP on the show. It was only due to pressure they relented, I mean..how democratic is that when you flout democracy yet use censorship?
The show is in 6 parts here, 10 minutes long. I know there are some politically minded people here, and UK politics may not be your cup of tea BUT it does show what is a growing problem in Western society. There is a lot of hostility towards Griffin but some of his views do hold true. I also liked Chris Huine on this show.

It pretty much was. While I don't agree with all their policies, some are quite favourable. The whole show was pretty much a dog pile on the man, and yes, I actually felt sorry for him. Now if I did, how many of the 8 million that watched last night, half of the average viewing figures, did as well? It wasn't question time, it was lying politicians and Dimbleby playing to the audience and calling Griffin a racist every 5 minutes. The only non BNP question asked last night was on The Mails recent article over Stephen Gately.
Griffin was continuely cut off when he tried to explain something, and when asked about other policies such as Europe, The Banks, Health...Dimbleby waved the audience member off. It was a pure witch hunt plain and simple and all things considering, quite unfair I thought.

The main stream media, in collusion with the political elite, have had it in for the BNP for years. The internet is the way to get the truth. The truth is what the Lib/Lab/Conners fear the most. The BNP website is the most popular political website in the world!!!!
Nick Griffen was expecting sh1t, but the Marxist BBC went too far!

it was bias against the bnp, but it was always going to be. why? because they are a clearly rasist party with farfetched ideas and stupid propositions.
i dont really like any politicians though as they all just dodge questions and get votes by making others look bad instead of themselves look good.

Well this is what it boils down to Paul. If the Red and Blue dominant party choices in this country actually gave a shit about people below middle class and were only slighly less corrupt than the demegogic Media running the show in the West now, then a party like the BNP wouldn't have had to exist in the first place.

Well they bang on about all things BNP giving a totally distorted view of them. The media control the voting in of the party "in power" .... The Sun was started up to get the votes of the working class to vote for the Tories. Page 3 tits and they suddenly had better figures than the Mirror. Tory policies were then promoted and voila a Tory government for 19 years. They switched to Tory Bliar and Nuliebore have been in since. They have now switched again so Tories will be the next government.
The BNP fight aganst the lies and corruption in government so they are vilified by the media

Yep and one thing that Griffin said last night that will happen, and im sure everyone will conveniantly forget him as quoting, but the Conservatives will take us into Iran. I really feel that Iran is going to be occupied by us and the septics soon, and the excuse will be because of their nuclear program. I really hate The Sun and I dispise the Mail as well. Infact the Guardian is about the most neutral paper you can get but even they have their sensationalistic moments.

Thats a damm good first post, you echo my thoughts flagg.
Im extremely disappointed in the way BBC approached the show,as I wanted to see intelligent debate with nick....Yes he is a monster, but the fact is he has many supporters in the UK,and that number is growing.
Its natural that this movement is happening in the UK,England is a an island prison, and its future is a downward spiral, still a great country.

Consider the Polling Report from 2006 above. An experiment was conducted where two groups of people were given a set of polices to go over. One group knew they belonged to the BNP, the other didn't. Should it be of any surprise that the people who didn't know who the policies belonged to agreed with a lot of what was proposed? And is this not further proof, that when you don't pull the wool over peoples eyes that the Media and the LibLabCon parties do, that peoples real convictions come out?
http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/UK-...00910415414525
And then take this today. This is a report in the Telegraph, stating that 1 in 5 people would seriously consider voting for the BNP now. Straw claimed that it had been a shambolic week for the BNP, Walsi claimed the show showed the public what the BNP were really like but on the contrary. I think people were alarmed and shocked at the treatment of NG and further shocked at the abysmil way Question Time was conducted and how the panelists conducted themselves. The BBC (foolishly) admitted to changing the running of the show for Thursday showing and how it's been revealed that Labour deliberately played a Multicultural Experiment on the British public. This is where the PC madness has come from, being forced to be accepting. You cannot force someone to change their views, only educate them.
Labour are a shambles now, and immigration I think is the final nail in their coffin. I have no doubt that the BNP will get more votes than Labour and possibly even the Lib Dems at the next General Election.
Griffin has also issued a challenge to Dimbleby to re-run Question Time so some actual points can be discussed like the Economy, Health, Education and so on, and also to a one on one debate over political issues with Jack Straw and a one on one debate with David Cameron over political issues.
Be interesting to see what happens in the future..
