One thing I hate about bodybuilding!!!
I can honestly say that my upper body flexibility sucks ass now... Doing simple things like putting on a jacket can be a hassle. Not having the ability to scratch an itch in the middle of my back with my hand sucks. Some things that are so simple to do are difficult becuase you just can't reach around your muscles. Funny how you can lift a bus but can't scratch your own bus. HAHA
Just thought it was funny.

haha ya man! i get teased by a few of my friends about this all the time. im not HUGE, but im a good size.
i have trouble putting my damn backpack back on at school after my class. have gotten a few funny looks
invest in a backscratcher, life saver

you know i was thinking the other day.....do some people actually wipe their asses from the back? like reach around there? cuz there ain't no ****ing way i could do that nowadays......

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. I'm not huge by any means either but i'm having issues. I've put on 20lbs. over the past 9 weeks and I'm feeling it now more than ever. Not only do my dress shirts not fit anymore but I can't get my arms in the sleeves without help...

Lol. I used to do kickboxing so my flexibility was excellent. Now im into bb. Put on a bit in the last 2months. Now i find it hard to put on my socks let alot scratch my back. Lol. I use door frames. Sometimes even a tree. Lol.

Yep, get a back scratcher. They cost about a buck. I have one next to my recliner. Putting on my socks and tying my shoes are the hardest things.
Last time I bulked I was having a hard time wiping my ass!!! And I could still see the outline of my abs. You can't tell me all of the pros are wiping on their own.......

Do you guys stretch? I dont stretch as much as I should but I try to do 10+ minutes a day. On a good day I will stretch 30+ minutes before working out and sometimes after. Even though I have a torn rotator cuff I can still get my fingers to touch between my shoulder blades with a little work. No Im not huge but if I didnt stretch I probably would have that problem also.
I know after a good arm workout I have a very hard time shaving until the pump goes down. I almost cant reach my face LOL
