Diet vs Gear, would like to do a study
i know how important a strict diet is especially while on gear, and everyone says diet is 80% training 15% gear 5% (or whatever) but i would be interested to find out how much of that is actually true (i tend to believe gear plays a huge role regardless of what anyone says having seen first hand) i know many friends as im sure everyone on here does that eat piss poor (fast food and drink constantly) are naturally ripped ectos, and take laods of gear and look jacked as hell..i would like to find two people of average build and within the same parameter of bodyfat and athletic ability, and have one do a strong cycle while eating whatever they want, vs a person who goes natural and eats perfectly, in your opinion who would come out on top..and..any volunteers?

How can your muscles synthesize protein without sufficient nutrients? Kinda confused. Brother you can gain weight if you take dbol and eat triple whoppers all day. But you are adding so many impurities into your body. Look at my avatar for example. I train hard as fvck. I leave NOTHING behind in the gym. But I am fat. All because I lack proper diet. AAS is an aid to a diet program. Who wants to eat shitty on cycle? With the increased blood pressure, added weight gain, and clogged arteries, you are asking for a heart attack every time you eat up a quad stacker.
Look atthe pros. They eat cleaner than a Nun's snatch. that is why they are pros

of course the geared up guy is going to win, gear is a huge part but gear without diet is like a having a condom without a chick to use it on, it's kinda pointless
btw, that study wouldn't be very credible because you only have two test groups and no control group, if you want to do it run it like this(this is very basic as far as structure)
have 4 guys plus yourself that are all around the same build and bf%, have two use gear and the other two go natural, in addition have one of the geared guys and one of the natural guys eat however they want and have the other two eat very clean, then compare results

I think there is enough proof on here from some of the guys that post pics and say they have already cycled even though they look like they have yet to start working out. Then they post their diet and it is garbage. Then you see the guys that have a great physique with a great diet

when u say garbage diet, can i atleast eat the required amount of protein?
as for carbs and fat, how bad does my diet have to be off? im happy to eat refined carbs like lollies, white rice etc, sports drinks, any sorts of meat and dairy
long as i dont have to eat things like mc donalds and KFC since i think thats taking ti to far

thought the OP wanted one guy on alot of gear (me with half gram of test and tren ) with a weaker diet
^^^^ (i consider that alot of gear, dunno if people think thats still a small amount, to me a gram is a fair bit)
and then compare my results with someone on less gear(you) but have a better diet
but then again i do think that is is an odd experiment since its clear that if i ran a gram of anabolics and u ran half a gram, its obvious i would gain alot faster

i'd lean more towards the tren /test cycle the guy mentioned because it would avoid massive bloat (a-drol) and the results wouldnt be skewed by water retention..and by eating whatever you want i kind of mean it, if your still counting calories and carbs thats not really eating how you want..and i'd prefer a powerful cycle like tren test as the results will be much different

f.e happy to do the tren and test cycle
i dont really mean counting calories and carbs, but lets be realistic anyone who gets on juice will still eat some sort of diet regardless, they will always try to eat a good solid amount of protein
as for carbs and fat, im morely a big carb gluten, happy to eat pasta, rice, potatos, beans, lollies, ice cream etc
as for protein im happy to have anything long as it has protein
not a fat food lover e.g im not into eating take away, full cream ice cream, chcoclate, u know the really really bad stuff
i know u see alot of guys eat whatever they want but lets be realistic, they dont just eat whatever they want, all of them know their on gear and will tend ot eat some sort of fashion, they dont eat KFC and Pizza everyday
im happy to do this cycle long as i dont have to eat pizza everyday, lets face it gear costs money and u want decent results so ur not going to just eat garbage, no one is,
AND i disagree with ur point, ive met many people on gear both endo/ectos etc guys, and ive never seen one with a physique id consider JACKED thats just eats garbage

Interesting.
I'm 30
I started out this year at 150-155 at about 16-18 b/f
I am now 174-177 at about 14-15 b/f
I have never cycled, but am looking at starting one after the first of the year. Possibly Feb or Mar.
Would I be a good candidate?

I have been on test cyp for 4 weeks and I have gained 15 pounds of quality muscle. I know my genetics are very much in my favor. My diet is simple, eat everything. Now I don't eat junk food or fast food, nothing sugary or sodas. I eat pretty healthy, but just in mass quantities. My dad is working out with me and can't believe how much im gaining.

I'll do the study but if I start taking AAS, I will immediately become strict on my diet. Otherwise I just couldn't imagine doing a cycle, you'd be pissing it all away.
