    What is your favorite part about lifting?

    Mine is walking out of the gym, barely being able to walk. Clothes stained with chalk handprints. Struggling to drink my protein/creatine shake, because my arms are shaky. Hearing the chain from my dip belt dragging on the floor.

    Either that....

    Or when I chug down my night-time shake, with a few carbs, then drift to sleep

    Hahahaha. Bro I am in Korea... so let me tell you the general consensus of the 80 year old Korean man. His penis, goes inward. It is lost among a giant pile of bush.     my fav would have to be look at strange people that no place in the gym

    like the 100lb guy who puts 25s for his bench press and has a hard time doing 5 reps

    or when i lived it a small town

    freshmens from high school would come into golds gym cause they got school discounts hog up all the weights and machines they would do a set of ten go to the mirror and flex


    but as far as me lifting since i got my own home gym with everything i could need
    i now get a perfect work out great pumps and being able to go to the gym and have no waits

    Yeah I see the same thing here. I never thought the sight of a penis could make me ill but going into the mens lockerroom does just that.

    When Im done and knowing I got a GOOD workout in and will be able to see the results soon. Also seeing some of the same guys I did 2 years ago when i got back into it who where bigger than me and would give me the time of day if I asked but now they are MUCH smaller than me because they only go 2x a week

    Consistency is the key. OK part of the puzzle. lol

    Also it's always a good feeling when people, guys, kids start telling you how ripped you are, big and they want to get big like you

    Everyone has to start somewhere. I have more respect for that than the guy who puts 315 on the flat bench and comes down half way every rep.

    Agreed. I have never made fun of someone because they are small or starting out. I would like to give more pointers but I dont want to come across as a know it all or like I think Im really something. Anyone who asks I am more than willing to give advise. #1 is always form over weight.

    There are a lot of guys who bench and curl more than me but not many that do it will as good of form and have the results I do from lifting. I dont care about heavy except for bulking but I still dont MAX. I still get a good 5 or 6 reps forced but with good form.
