Who Ate to much?
Ok the question that has to be asked. Who ate to much? Who ate BAD? Who ate Good/healthy?
Did you just consider this your off day?
I made most everything so I kept it healthy Only one small piece of pumpkin pie. Lots of Turkey, sweet potatoes, small reds and good foods.
For snack foods I had grapes and dates.

I eat healthy throughout the year and it is not a duty since I am used to since much time.
But, when I want extra calories I eat a "Pizza Margherita con mozzarella di bufala e pomodori pachino" and "Nutella".

dunno what u consider eating to much though, i usually struggle to eat enough on cycle
so dont really c times when i eat to much lol
only times i do is when i go restaurants and have to order to meals,
1. pasta as my carb source
2nd steak for protein source, usually comes with chips/potatoes and vegies
dunno if thats eating to much

My diet went out the window....lots of garlic mashed potatoes, made with sour cream, butter, and cream. Gravy, stuffing, cheesecake for dessert. I think the only thing slightly healthy was the turkey, and I injected that with butter.
It really doesn't bother me, it was only one day out of the year.

every year my family puts on a free dinner for homeless and less fortunate people. we get donations from local merchants and we supply anything else that's missing. the local VFW lets us use their hall. we have done it for years and every year it gets bigger. yesterday we fed 690 people and sent 300 take home meals. people tend to get so caught up in what seems important to us, imagine those that truly don't know where they will sleep tomorrow or where their next meal will come from.

it's actually very humbling. one old guy was a WW2 vet, he wanted to save part of his turkey to bring back to his cat. I sent my oldest daughter to the store and bought a big bag of cat food, we gave it to him and told him someone must have donated it by mistake. he had some great stories, he used to drive a tank and fought for his country, the same country who now seems to have forgotten him. many won't accept a meal unless they feel like they earn it, so we let them seat people, hand out silverware, just whatever makes them feel needed.
