Getting sued by credit card company!!!
So I'm getting sued by a credit card company...big woop right? Problem is I've never had a card with them. Victoria's Secret wants $1500 from me!! I've never had a Victorias Secret account in any shape or form. WTF!!
Any advice?

Yeah, someone has stolen my identity. I had problems with AT&T and a cell phone account opened in my name, took a while to get that resolved. I mean they can't prove that I've ever purchased anything from them or signed any credit agreement. I'd love to see my signature that "I" used to sign all these documents necessary to get a credit card.

first tell them you are confident you havent made any purchases form them,
then ask them to provide evidence of you making any purchases from them
time/place/ and possibility of video survailence
something like a purchase off them is more then likely to be under video survailence
im sure when they find come sort of evidence its more then likely that itll prove youve been a victim of identity theft
and you should get off no problems
let them do the work for you,

Victoria's Secret? Maybe the person who stole your ID is a super hot lingerie model, This is something to ponder

u should find out the sizes of the merchandise she bought...
if she is fatty, have her locked up...
slim, make her work it off....

They want to take you to court over $1500? Sounds unbelievable. have they had a collection agency contact you first to try to collect the debt?

Weird shit happens. I train with a guy who owns a aftermarket auto speed shop. He got ripped off by this chick for about $1k on an online order. She was stupid enough to use the same password for her online account as her email. My buddy hacked into her email and found she had a boyfriend, but was sleeping with about 10 other guys she's been meeting online and stealing their credit card info in the process. He doesn't believe the boyfriend even knows she's doing this. He's been giving me updates the last couple of weeks.
Have you been sleeping with any busy women lately?
