    Most say 3% but are usually in the 5-7% range. A lot depends on what level show you are talking about. Some local shows get quite a few guys up there who are lucky to be in single digits and a few clueless ones who are downright fat.

    He's actually smaller now since his transition into MMA. Mariusz' weight and bf levels vary depending on contests. Unlike powerlifting, strongmen weights depend on what contest they are preparing for. For instance, because of the huge cardio required and the lighter weights involved in the World Strongest Man competition, Mariusz usually competes in the very low 300's, sometimes under 300. But for contests like the Arnold and Fortissimus where the weights are a lot heavier, he'll come in at 320-330+. And you can tell that his bf is a bit higher.
