    Mahi Mahi

I have 12 filets and have never cooked them before. Any advice? Are they like an Ahi Tuna where you dont cook them all the way or like regular fish? Seasoning suggestions??

just cook it like a regular fish. be careful though im prett sure they dont have alot of fat in them so they dry out quickly. watch them carefully. as far as seasoning i just put salt and pepper. idk if your dieting now but i like to cook in butter and bast them with it as they cook.
