Best way to gain stamina back
I been back in the gym for a week and i just cant get back to a full work out ... i do about 4 routines and 3 sets of each per body part an i really would like to train harder but my arms just go to jello after that..... what is a good way to gain my stamina back?

hit some cardio after. i feel like my strength goes up when my conditioning overall is up.

I think thats normal to feel gassed after some time off (even a few extra days off).
I just need a few days to get back in the swing of things - so just keep at it!

takes less time to get back in shape than when you first started training due to muscle memory, so give it a month or so and ule be back on par.
