Gettin back in the gym tonight after vacation.

Just got back from the grocery store! After two weeks away from my gym, away from proper nutrition I'm pretty pumped, I dropped about $130 on groceries.

Going back tonight thinking about hitting chest and bi's. Do you guys sometimes almost dread going on vacation or a short trip because you'll be away from the gym?

I usually go with the intention of using the weight rooms at which ever resort or hotel I stay at but it never ends up happening. I don`t mind missing the gym for a bit to enjoy a nice tropical getaway.

Wish it had been a tropical getaway, had to help my mum move to San Anton, riverwalk was cool though. Yeah most of the time fitness centers in hotels suck.

Most hotel fitness centers have shitty treadmills and an eliptical.

I never dread vacations tho lol

Technically, it wasn't a vacation, I had to help my mum move to San Antonio, and her side of the family really has no desire to be fit or healthy (not that they are obese or anything).

But I was taken out of my little cozy day by day meal plan and training schedule, so it kind of sucked. Plus I've been on a bulk so I'm in no shape to be shedding clothes.

Now heading to Florida or some place with beaches after a nice cut is a different story :-)
