Yah...when there is a drunk guy spouting on the ground and then a cop says "Get up" a few times and then the guy does what the cop says and gets shot...well that is murder too. Yes the cop was not being literal, but you should say what you mean and mean what you say when you have a firearm and expect people to react a certain way.

It is a lose lose situation in general. It comes down to people are humans and make mistakes either cop/citizen/criminal. T

girl admitted to back talking the cop all night long, kicked her shoe off at him, bitch got what she deserved too. The problem with this country is peoples balls are too damn big and they can't back shit up. It's everywhere, they talk to teachers like shit, disrespect their parents, and have no regard for manners or authority. And yes, that's technically considered assaulting a police officer. These stories happen all the time now, then they come on a talk show acting all educated and responsible, but behind the scenes my guess is that little bitch is nothing but a loud mouthed, disrespectful little....... So she'll probably hire some ambulance chaser and get a nice settlement out of it, and keep going throughout life talking shit and disrespecting police and never learn her lesson.

^^ I 100% agree with you on the part about them coming on to a show and acting all educated, when in all actuality she probably is a loud mouth disrespectful little .......
But damn man, that guy put a beating on her ass, a grown man tossing around a tiny 15 year old female, then punching her twice after he had her down like that, both parties are in the wrong, but that guy didn't have subdue her that brutally imo.

Yeh if i was that 15 yr girls father.... I think somebody might just catch the beating of a lifetime.. she is 15 an prolly not even 100 pounds, her mouth will be her own downfall when its time to get a job or be a responsible adult, she doesnt need beat SHES 15!!!!.........BUT AS FOR THE ORIGINAL POST, MY BROTHER IS A COP, IM AM NOT BIAS. THE COP WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF his RIGHTS TO HIT AND HANDCUFFED GUY THAT WAS NOT ANY THREAT AT ALL, EVERYONE WHO SAID THAT HE DESERVED IT, YOU ALL ARE COMPLETELY WRONG . YOU ARE VERY ILLOGICAL THINKERS. THE GUY SHOULD HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED WITH ANOTHER CHARGE RATHER THAN THE COP ATTACKING HIM.....THAT HANDCUFFED GUY WAS WRONG FOR KICKING THE WINDOW AND ACTING THE WAY HE DID AND I THINK AN ADDED CHARGE TO THE GUYS INFRACTIONS WOULD HAVE JUSTIFIED HIS WRONG DOING...... ASFOR THE OFFICER I THINK 6 MONTHS WOULDA BEEN MORE FITTING PUNISHMENT FOR HIS ACTIONS... WHICH THATS ALL HE PROLLY SERVED ANYWAYS ..IF THAT... BUT THE OFFICER WAS WRONG YOU CANT ABUSE THE POWER. VIOLATING ARE RIGHTS AS AMERICANS...BUT I GUESS CORRUPTION EXIST EVERYWHERE, ONE OF THE MAIN PROBLEMS IN THIS COUNTRY. US LAW ABIDING CITIZENS GIVE PEOPLE WE TRUST POWER TO PROTECT US AND FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS BUT INSTEAD THEY TAKE US FOR GRANTED AND ABUSE IT

Well where do we draw the line. We have to many cops who abuse their power, we have to many punks and criminals that are protected and rewarded for being a$$holes and provoking cops into reacting. The criminals know they can for the most part do and say anything they want with no worries about retribution.
If it was my kid (son or daughter) and I had found out they had stolen/borrowed a car or??? Had been mouthy to a cop or someone in charge and they ended up getting the smack down put on them I would probably say they deserved it and let it be a lesson learned.
No nothing to that extreme had ever happened but every time my kid had been punished or had something happened due to behavior I just remind them they are the one who put them self in that situation in the first place.
The cop who hit the girl got fired, I don't think he should have and she should have gotten NO fame from it except for an additional charge of assaulting a police officer.

if he wanted to be a dick to her and teach her and lesson without crossing the line, he could of put leg and hand cuffs on her and let her sit in the cell like that... but this is a 15 year old girl, and that was a violent attack.... he deffiently crossed the line.....
