Do we have any athletes here?

I see alot of threads all about strength and size just wondering if there is anyone that wants to share there levels of stamina or speed, ther 100m sprint times or 1.5 mile run times. The training regimes you go through, all that kinda stuff.

ps not disrespectin the out and out bodybuilders on here.

Well if you are going to bow out I will step up to the plate with the same stats. LOL No joking though, Damn before I started HRT I could go for a couple hours easily. Now.... couple hours a few times a day.

At 245lbs I have zero stamina..... I attempt to run but get shin splints...... do high intensity on a bike and get winded.....

Maybe try intervals...30seconds high intensity on the treadmill then 30seconds-1minute walk and repeat until you feel like stopping. Great for fitness.

Yeah I do that on the bike sometimes.....

I havn't done cardio in YEARS...... LOL this is my 1st week back. I'm doing about 13-14 miles every morning. Takes me about 40-45 minutes and I burn 500 calories..... I'm hoping itll get easier bwahaha

I recently ran 1.5miles in 13minutes at 305lbs. Haven't run the 100 since high school. I did run a 4.98 forty at the same weight, but that was using a hand held stopwatch which isn't very accurate.
