    little piece of fitness history

if you ladies and gents have time you should check out the old nautilus machines on ebay. there is a post of about 15 pieces listed something like 18,000 dollars ( i know way to much) it has some of the more common old units like dbl shoulder, 10 deg. chest, etc. but keep scrolling and you will see some of the original nautilus time machine units ( early 70's ) there is a behind neck, compound tricep, omni bicep, and a cool spider cam bicep with the arms positioned over the head (like the new hammer cur) these machines have welded cams and cable instead of the chain sprocket type. just cool to see such rare pieces and wanted to share to those who appreciate fitness.

Aurthur Jones invented them. That guy was a charecter. He was an ex mercinary in Africa and owned lie 15 elephants, giraffes and shi+. He kept them all on a farm in Florida. Check out some of his interviews on youtube its some funny stuff.

He trained Mike Mentzer and Sergio Oliva and Casey Viator, even Arnold trained with him some. All under high intensity training. 3 times a week, all exercises to failure.
