what if your job consists of 8 hours of cardio and you get up to lift before work but it's not at 3:40 am.
I think I just passed up the dos equis guy as the most interesting man alive.

i wake up at 3.45am so i can go to workout before work do 1.5 hr workout.then i come back from work eat and do one hour cardio. if u think its nuts u r not the only one get inline. I rather sleep less and workout then sleep like an lazy ass and then complain why i am not muscular.

No way in hell can I do that. My brother has been waking up a 5:00am for the last 10 years just so he can workout before work. I admire the mans self discipline, but he also its the type to hop out of bed like a rabbit. It never worked for me.
I find later in the day (after work which can be 3-6pm) its so much easier to get my ass to the gym cause I'm energized from moving all day and much more perky. Its not till I get to the gym that I realize how weak I am. The endurance is there but the strength is out the window.
In the morning I'm stronger, but have no endurance at all. I skip sets just to get through it quicker cause I have 0 energy. Doing cardio first helps, but I still have this mental fog that just slows me down. So its either afternoon or no time. Don't do the night thing either cause theres too many people.

you guys are almost as awesome as me since I wake up at 3:39 a.m. to do cardio. It sucks though cause my gym does not open till 5a.m. so I have to sit around for an 1hr and 21 min before I workout.

Up at 4 at the gym by 5am,,, but i have to admit, i do it to get it done before all the nut cases here get on the road....been hit too many times now

Up at 5, gym at 6-6.30, i prefere it, sets me up for the day, every1 walks in work half asleep and im straight on it. plus when i finish work id rather b out at friends or laid out watching tv at home lol.

I wake up everyday at the crack of noon.
I hit the gym around four. That's 4:00pm!!!
THAT makes me awesome.
