    This Months Flex

    Just wanted to no how many of your guy's actually read Flex?
    I no a lotta people hate on it but I think there are some decent articles in there from time 2 time.
    Joe Weider's Page this month was especially good, his piece Life In Balance talked about gaining an equilibrium in training and life in general. I think sometimes we're all guilty of getting a little carried away with training....

    I used to buy them but I don`t anymore. Is it still 2/3 adds? Thats what annoyed me.

    Yeah massive amounts of ad's still which is a sh**
    But like I said some articles are pretty good, the price is pretty steep but one of my friends works in the supermarket and sometimes gets damaged copys for free.
