    Troy Olympic Dumbbell Handles (GOD-20)

    Saw these dumbbell handled online and they claim to be able to hold up to 130lbs - 160lbs each with no problem. Anyone see or use these before that can confirm this?

    the plates seem to get in the way of my arm if you have that much weight on there
