It was a good weekend!
I entered the BCABBA http://www.bcabba.org/ provincial qualifier(july24) for nationals aug14/10.
There were 8 in masters and just 2 in middles...

...seems the depth was lacking at this show, but I'll take the titles!

Very well run show with over 30 sponsors! Got about 400$ worth of supps!
The overall in bodybuilding men and women and figure get 1 year contracts worth $3000.00 each.
