**** local bodybuilding competition and the NPC

Yea, yea, I know this is going to piss a lot of people off but I'm a little heated right now. I was looking online at a couple entry forms for competitions and WTF man!! I'm sure the NPC card this year is at least $90 now, the God damn show entry fees are $60 and if you pay the day of the thing its $80. I never pay ahead of time because shit happens, car can break down, you can get sick, whatever. Ok, so let me get this straight, its going to cost me $170 to get onstage for 2 minutes. Its going to cost me $180 God Damn dollars, plus hotel room, plus gas, food, etc etc, to get onstage for 2 minutes? To get onstage for the 20 people who show up to watch prejudging. Oh, now there is a new little money maker this year, you can pay an extra $75 for either a trainer, family member or friend to go backstage. "an all access pass" hahahhha, KISS.....MY...****ING .....ASS!!! Oh but wait, dont forget your free T-shirt and goody bag with a 1 time trial packet of a fat burner...interesting concept, I lose fat overnight and get psyched and buy it right? This local shit can ****ing blow me, its not even fun anymore. The shows used to be a blast back in the day, auditoriums packed, good sportsmanship, just a really fun time!! I wont go back to competing until something changes with this shit, I'd much rather take that money and go buy my next cycle with it. **** that!!

nah man, $170 gets you a lot more than that, you just need to go on the slow nights when the chicks that are there have ran out of coke and will do anything for the $$$

as for competing, im gonna do it next yr..... just to give my training more purpose this yr than just vanity.
