Guys help me get back on track
Week 3 of test/deca /dbol cycle. Last night was a very rough night for me. My gf broke up with me and I hit the bottle pretty hard. I'm looking for some motivation to get back on track. She did nothing but treat me like shit but I can't get her out of my head. I just need some advice from guys who know what I'm going through because I cant think of a reason to get out of bed right now

The only thing that will heal you is time. I went thru this same thing a couple months ago. Focus on bettering yourself, work out and try not to think about her. Before you know it you will ask yourself why you even cared in the first place. Trust me.

Dude just handle your shit and actively remove any ***** thoughts as they come to you. This is the only way I can get laid so Im speaking from experience. If you need to grieve then do it but my are gonna **** hotter bitches. The only question you have to ask yourself is if you wanna **** them now or do you wanna sit around moping for the next 6 months.

Take whatever time it takes to heal...Do not start binge drinking and pissing your hard work and cycle down the drain! Hit the gym and start thinking about all the hot chicks you can get with now..It happens, it sucks and feels like shit when you break up with a girl. But there always hotter and better chicks out there..sounds like this one treated you like shit..**** her..On to the next one, keep hitting the gym brotha, goodluck

J, stay way from the drink... worst for this scenario... gonna make you do something you will surely regret... use this emotion on the gym floor, go pound out those wieghts and see how you feel... get some good heavy fvckin music and go do your thing.
Leg day will make your forget about all this shit. Pose for some of the ladies in the gym if you have to. Go grab some fast food after your workout and if the cashier is decent looking, tell her she's really hot... see if it goes anywhere... if not, who gives a shit, she's a cashier at a fast food joint.

Megadeath has a song called "my darkest hour." You should download it. The song is about what your going thru. One line says, "time has a way of taking time and lonelyness is not only felt by fools."

Keep yourself pre-occupied, don't stop training, and surround yourself with your friends. Time will eventually do it's thing.

Tom Petty "That's the last time you'll ever hurt me". Download and listen during leg day.
Oh, and what Cal and KP said. AAS is more important than ASS.

Take your pain to the gym. It's the best the place to be during difficult times like this. I don't know your story, but don't be surprised if she comes knocking on your door at some point.

Hehe...now thats some solid advice and i agree. Knockout Power is speaking from tru experience. Ive dated a few women that were the Bad-ass type / down for whatever girls and its very refreshing at first yet harder than normal to break it off later. If you have sex with a new woman it will definitely help you keep your mind off your current situation as well as help fill the void in your life caused by losing something that has become an integral part in your life. My personal theory on both relationships and addiction is that one of the only ways to rid yourself of a certain addiction or get over a relationship is to fill that void by trading it with another obsession or relationship. it has a lot to do with free time. n ow that youre not with you woman you have more free time and the longer you sit there with nothing to occupy yourself, the more you will dwell on the negative and continue to feel miserable. Go out and better yourself, try something new, get crazy as all fvck in the gym, get a head at work, learn a new skill. I like to cook and creating delicious dishes and then devouring the hell out of them makes me feel great. I even like to almost go on a pseudo treasure hunt to try to find the purest tastiest ingredients. whatever. Once you start to be obsessed with something that is positive everything will be that much better. i have a work friend that was a HUGE alcoholic and now he still drinks on random occasions but has fixed his problem by trading his booze obsession with these crazy ass extreme endurance competitions, ie 150 mile run / bike / swims in the coldest conditions possible. he even attempted to swim the English Chanel. Some people neeed to trade something for something else. its the "Idle Hands / Law of equivalent exchange" type deal. Once you pimp out every aspect of your life you will attract the best women anyway. Lastly..."The person who holds the Power in a relationship is the one who cares the least." Im not saying to be rude and cruel, im simply saying to put yourself first for a while and keep busy. Good luck my man, you can do this!

well I think arm wrestler made some nice points there, DOnt hold back on looking for a new woman there, Dont dwell on your ex, keep her at arms length if she comes back dont just accept her like nothing ever happened. let her know you are pissed with her just leaving you like that mate, and she will think better of you that way. What ever you do keep your training number one, and dont let it slide, if you feel like a beer well whos stopping you just use it as an excuse to score with a chick and see where it takes you.
Good luck mateLast edited by fleck; 08-13-2010 at 02:44 PM.
