Not exactly sure what you mean by pigeon chest. You can get some great advice over in the lifting technique and/or fitness forums... here, you'll probably just get wise ass answers.. just wait.. you'll see. I may even come back and give you a wise ass answer considering the forum..lol..
Anyway, try dips and pullover chest movements.. they're good for "widening". I'm sure you know what dips are, but below is a pic of someone doing a pullover. Are you familiar with this?

I used to have a chest problem.... well..... still kinda do.
I used to have NO chest lol and now i'm starting to get some size. I noticed a difference in my chest when I went to dumbells. Incline fly's are good and so are cable cross overs.....
Lately i've been doing decline/incline one week and decline/flat another week and i'm having good success with it. The chest is one muscle..... so you can't isolate just the upper chest like most people believe. If you are using your chest..... you're using the whole muscle. Unlike the quads or tri's....

I too have the same problem. Just starting to do something about it now, wish I hadn't waited till mid 20s. Could you post a link to your .avi video please? I have been searching the net for a photo for hours of how a pigeon chest looks after body building, to give me something to aim for
Thanks!

I used to have that same problem a few years back, then I started hitting incline as my first compound chest movement along with incline cable flys and I still have that same problem. But seriously, hit incline first when your chest is fresh, and on every rep, pinch your shoulders together so you involve minimal front delt. Then head to the cables- center a incline bench inbetween them, and with a cable in each hand, stretch out your pecks and bring your palms together, do this for a few months and you will start to see a change my man! Best of luck!

This too! and dont forget to keep the tension on the pecks all through the set, through every angle of motion you want your chest doing work! Change itup some too, get all muscle fibers involved, one work out go fast with the reps, the other concentrate on the negative, then explode up. But whatever you do, hit incline first.
