Muscle memory is what gets me through the winter, I don't workout as much in the winter since I get the winter blues... I need to fix that somehow!

Winter is the best time to workout. The gym is always dead. The only thing i hate is leaving the gym hot and sweaty to walk outside in the freezing weather.
