What bodyfat % do you think Stallone was in Rambo 2?

Just curious what you guys think his bodyfat % was in the 2nd Rambo.

Tried not to get a pic where it was doctored up and he was all oiled up to make him look better, this is the best I could find:

He's obviously even lower bodyfat % currently for the expendables when you compare it to this pic:

Wonder if that's maintainable (the 2nd pic for the expendables). But then again he is probably on HGH all the time (maybe even TRT), who knows.

Yah, I seen an interview with him and he basically said he stayed around 10%ish during the first couple rocky and Rambo movies. After he turned 50 he kind of just shredded up and always looks sub 8%

Yup; said it on Carson/Leno one night I believe when they talked about the Russian Rocky movie... Rocky 67 or whatever.

That, and his bust for HGH or Test in customs recently? He's never really hidden it.

He's a beast to be 60+ and look like that.

I would have to agree with the 10-12% in Rambo hard to be exact because like you said there's always photo doctoring.

Steven Seagal has only gotten fatter over the years.

So much so that in all his direct-to-DVD duds, he ALWAYS wears giant trenchcoats now to hide the fat, as well as having dark lighting on him at all times. I don't get it, maybe if he got into shape he would be able to grab big action roles again.

He was offered a role in expendables but turned it down.

Steven Seagal (spelling?) did turn down the expendables, so did chuck norris and van dam. Which I just couldn't be happier about. My three least favorite action stars of the 80's, which were the hardest to take seriously, all declined being in an awesome movie (I saw the midnight premier, loved it!).

Norris I found was extremely overrated. Never liked his stuff. Van Damme I enjoyed, and Seagal made like 3 good movies and that was it.

Only thing that killed the Expendables was the god damn camera work. I totally despise shaky-cam with closeups and fast cuts. I want to be able to SEE the action. That was a big letdown, considering the Expendables was supposed to be a throwback to 80s action films.

Seagal is so respected, he is the only white guy to ever open a dojo in Japan. He's no joke...

Van Damme got his head pounded in by his ex bouncer cause he made rude comments about him in a bar... thought that was funny

I definitely have much respect for him. I just liked Van Dammes movies more because he was sooo corny that it was enertaining. Seagal had some classic lines though....

Best Seagal scene of all time:

    On Deadly Ground...
He is in the bar, just got done beating up all the oil workers for picking on a drunk indian.
He is now playing the "slap" game with the main oil worker.
After beating him up, the guy stands up, and has some super dark fake blood on his nose (looks like chocolate syrup) and he is crying.
    Seagal says (get this!)
"What does it take to change the essance of a man?"
    the oil worker replies
*sobbing*"I just need time, I need time!"

awesome... (in that "this is so bad I can't turn away sort of way")

I was watching that the other night on AMC. I love in the middle of that scene Seagal starts screaming "PUT YOUR HANDS UP....PUT YOUR HANDS UP."

Anybody else wanna play with cupcake?

I was watching it too! My wife was flipping through the channels and I saw it, I immediately made her change it back and said we had to watch it for at least 5 minutes. Seagal movies get a 5 minute minimum, lol.

Ill pass on Stegall. Yeah he had a few movies and I liked he did not get the sh*t kicked out of him before he came back to finish them.

I still like Van Damn better though for style. He last movie was better than most of his disasters. The first few where good/OK. I think I like Van Damn because he has always been in good shape.
