    discouraged

    im discouraged. plain and simple.i workout everyday im off and i see improvement for sure but i feel like the work isnt worth the reward at this moment. i know my diet prob isnt perfect but i try my best with that. im all natural at the moment but im starting to reconsider that. i started @ 215 and im now down to 190. i would like to get back up to about 215 muscle though and its just not happening. so any words of encouragement would b awesome thanks

    You dont say how long you have been training,however if you look better for losing the weight dont be discouraged,it all takes time you dont say how old you are either.With time an patience you will make progress,diet plays a very big part of muscular developement if you think your diet is lacking then visit the diet section were the guys will do their best to get you on the right path
    even if your on a tight budget you can usually make improvement.Keep up your hard work and results will come in time

    Just remember this, taking anabolics doesnt make up for poor diet and training... if those blocks are not there then you wont see gains other than water weight by taking steroids .

    If those building blocks are there, then you would be seeing gains naturally as well. Head to the diet section and post in there, those boys will get you pointed in the right direction

    thanks guys, im 27 and been training hard for the last 6 months my diet is decent but i know it could be better. i do appreciate the encouragement.

    so u lost 25 lbs of fat on a diet that needs work (shitty is another way to it) yet you are complaining that you havent lost enough? What do u want? wake up in the morning looking all ripped?

    What you have achieved is great IMO. stick with it post ur diet in the diet section and let ppl look at it. if u r looking for miracle it aint going to happen all u can do is be consistent and hard working and u will see more reward....and please stop bitching like a little whinny woman on high estrogen.
