    ***My next cycle: Critique please***

    Stats:

    age: 20
    Height: 6'4
    Weight: 145lbs (148 after a meal)
    Body Fat: 5%
    Goals: get really bulked up, then cut after

    This will be my first cycle.

    I really feel I'm ready: I've been working hard in the gym since Monday.

    Cycle:

    Weeks 1-4: Dbol 30mg/ED
    Weeks 4-8: Dbol 50mg/ED
    Weeks 8-10 Dbol 30mg/ED
    Week 11: Dbol 20mg/ED
    Week 12: Dbol 10mg/ED

    I will taper, so I don't need pct, right?

    Instead of running the dbol in that manner, maybe go for a really quick dbol blast and run 200ED for 2 weeks... thats what this really big guy at the gym told me to do, he is fvcken huge and ripped and gives me wood and I will be as big as him in just one cycle... right before he sold me the gear.

    hope your diet is correct bro I try to eat as much meat feast pizza as possible on my dbol only cycles because they are like 4000 cals for a xl 2 a day man I'm gonna be huge after 12 weeks of dbol

    was thinking of 100mg drol for a 4 week burst to get the dbol out of my system this will work right? I'm also sure I read somewhere drol is better when accompanied with weed and 1 litre vodka this true?

    This diet has been working well for me:

    Meal 1: 12oz milk, 2 pop tarts

    Meal 2: Bag of sunchips, 8oz. Sprite

    Meal 3: McDonalds (super sized)

    Meal 4: Ice cream/ cookies (PWO)

    Meal 5: KFC

    Meal 6: Ice cream/ 8 oz. milk/ 2 fish oil caps. (before bed)

    No way so let me get this right I can do a 12 week dbol cycle tapering so no pct as a cycle, get all my calories from xl meat feast pizza, footlong meatball subs, and beer, not hit the gym at all and this will get me contest ready?

    This diet is really good except you forgot to add in your shakes in between your high macro whole food meals

    I always take a 3oz quick shot of Everclear per every 150mg of Drol I take. It helps with passing through the liver.

    in my opinion you're too old for orals...shouldn't take steroids after your physeals have closed..inhibits growth
