Reaching my body's limit has destroyed my motivation and hobby!!!!

I have got as strong as I can get without hurting myself. I have a small frame and my joints have literally reached their limits. Sure I can do more reps or do different wrkouts but I just cant seem to get motivated anymore without the possibility of getting stronger as well as bigger. Im so depressed...

I had to read it a few times too Igi. He worded it pretty wierd. I think what he was trying to say is that his joints and body arent allowing him to go any heavier with the weights so he is having a hard time staying motivated with going to the gym since he feels like he isnt going to get any bigger without going heavier.

Im kinda in the same boat Dobie. Having some issues with injuries and what not but I am taking some time off from lifting for a bit to try and refresh and let my body recuperate a bit. Have you tried taking some time off to see how your body reacts?

Eventually there will be a point where you can't go any farther. This is where you are going to have to come to terms with yourself and accept it. For some it may be a harder battle than others.

You'll have to come to terms with it sooner than you think, because think about this: if its hitting you hard now and making you depressed, what are you going to do when you reach older age and you can no longer even support the strength and muscle mass you currently do?

Make a temporary change of sorts .
Depending on current goals or level .

Change routine or number days training .
Try power lifting or bodybuilding opposite of what your doing for a short period.
Try being a cardio monster .
If you are a diet king . Eat pizza the night before favorite lift .

I have see these guys using the power bands on a couple lifts looked crazy . Add to my things to do one day lift .

Take a few days off to rethink .
Go to a 8 day split routine .

May not be a answer you want , but don't be depressed .
Think of everyone that cycles . Then imagine a loss of strength or size after you finish AAS . If everyone kept every thing every cycle , we would all be 300lbs.

    Keep your chin up .
    Dont wanna be old .

The only solution is to get a poster of Predator and quote from the movie constantly while you lift.

"This stuff'll make you a goddamn sexual tyrrannosaurus.. just like cherrydrpepper"

Ya, dobe's are definately the only kind of dog Im ever gonna own again. I just adopted a severly malnurished pup about 8 months old. he's eatin like a horse now and gonna be huge. Hes already about 80 lbs.

Ya, actually I have taken off for a long time. WAY TOOOOO LONG!!!! I lifted religiously for 14 years. Without it I almost lose my identity it seems. It just seems as though it kinda became a part of me. Everyone I know associates me with being a gym rat. I just can't seem to get motivated any more. My buddy is opening an MMA gym soon so I think that Im gonna give that a shot. I gotta fill the hole some how.

I had felt this way as a natural my last 2 years before juicing. It is a $hitty feeling knowing I couldn't make any more gains and all I was doing was making sure I didn't gain fat. That is why I love steroids

Im 5'10" and weigh right around 200 lbs BF about 8-9%. Where have problems ar my joints. I graduated high school at 5"10" and weighed 130 lbs if that gives you any idea how small my bones and joints are. Its cool because my small bones and joints make me look about 10 lbs heavier than I really am, But I would much rather have large joints, tendons Etc.. so I could continue growing.
