Important scared shitless lump on hip

Found out my gear was fake and now I have a large long knot that spans from my glute to my hip I stopped the fake stuff two months ago and got good gear But now I have this problem sows anyone know anything about what this could be please someone respond I'm kind of nervous never seen anything like this before thanks

I havnt seen or herd about it before, maybe someone else has

But i suggest seeing your doctor as soon as you can, doesnt sound life threatening or anything but may lead to a infection, go get it checked out

I planned on having it checked I've had it for a couple days it's not red hard or inflamed it's just there it's weird because I've never seen this before is it possible for oil to be trapped and now it's moving around

im not sure where the oil can be trapped, even if injected into fat, it would dissolve it would just take a little longer. how long has it been there?

Well it's been there about a week and I haven't pinned that area in over 2 months I have some small knots on my glutes that are going down slowly I think those are from trauma to the muscle but those are headed out and they are almost gone but now I'm have this long knot that runs the length of the top muscle of my glute you can actually see the muscle when it gets irritated it's weird I don't know what to so but get checked
