Eating 'Real Egg' Egg Whites (Blended with Oatmeal)
Each container has 8 servings with a total of 48g Protein and 240 calories total. It's egg whites. Take this and throw 1/3-1/2 cup of oatmeal and then eat some peanut butter. I just blend it all up and chug. What about just eating this every day, every 2-3 hours? I can eat steak, but I f'n hate chicken breasts. So bland and disgusting to eat them all the time.
What about chugging egg whites all day? Will I get salmonella? Will I become gravely ill from drinking a gallon of egg whites? If noone knows, then I'm sure I'll find out!

Is it pasteurized? You want pasteurized.
And you're going to want a little more variety in your diet...

OMG, that red ribbon on the box says Pasteurized and Homogenized for Wholesomeness. Good to go on drinking it all day, every day. Nah, variety is OK, but if I start eating pizza, chinese food and chicken teriyaki I'm gonna start wanting it all the time, and get fat as hell. I'll just be a robot and try and keep the macros in check. I think the variety thing applies more so to married men.

So from that comment you'll probably ignore anything anyone says and do it anyway so good luck.

OK, I know you're all eagerly anticipating the latest update on the egg whites all day experiment. I've concluded that it's a bad idea. I just took a yellow liquid crap that exploded all over the toilet and I had to clean it up. So we can ascertain from this that consecutive egg white ingestion of the quantity that I ate (approximately 3-4 containers), isn't a good idea. Maybe for a meal here and there, but man that was nasty.

LMFAO!
It's not so bad for breakfast but you don't want to drink that shit all day long lol! Also..... it's not the chicken breast's fault that it sucks..... LOL

No, it's most likely my fault for not knowing how to prepare or cook anything . Part 2: Chicken Breasts in the blender with oatmeal .

Random guy, I'mma help ya' out on your chicken problem
Grill a chicken breast (stove top, or bbq)
Cut it up into bite-sized pieces * seasoned with garlic powder/ pepper/ cooked with white onions if you like those*
Brown rice, cooked.
Scramble 3 eggs
Add everything into the eggs, so you'll come out with chicken, rice, eggs, onions, coat it all with some EVOO and fry the **** out of it on a pan
Add some red rooster chilli sauce, or some low salt Chinese sauce.,

I've been drinking half a cup of egg whites twice a day for a while now with no problem. I wouldn't drink much more than that though.

I tried the cooking suggestion and it tastes great. I had some cock sauce on hand, and it really makes it great. Foods that compliment one another. And not hard to cook .

lol...I tried this for a few short days until I sharted. Like you said, it gives you the worst shits and I got a TON of gas. I farted in the freezer at work one time and my buddy could smell it an hour and a half later. It was horrible.
A friend of mine recommended it to me, said his friend who was a bodybuilder does it twice a day. He said he did it himself but his system had to get use to it. Said those kind of shits went away within a few days. I didn't want to see how many days it took to get over.

i have read that drinking egg whites is not as good as cooking them your body is unable to process it the same or something. so if you drink 50 grams uncooked you maybe get liek 15

lolololol. I don't think it's less absorbable... At least I couldn't reference this anywhere. Do you have anywhere I could see this documented? Yeah, that one time I ate three 8 oz containers in a row, I had that same gastastrophe. But eating real food between egg whites, I could probably eat it all day with no problem. Solid/Liquid/Solid .
This is a hilarious before/after picture:

Not buying it. Not at all. He lost 130 pounds by merely drinking egg whites for 3 of his 6 meals. Lolz!

Try roasting a 4-5 pound turkey breast in the oven, its often sold as a turkey london broil. It lasts for 3 days just keep carving!
It sucks getting out all the pots and pans everyday.
Cook big!
Love the egg whites for breakfast though.
I fry it on a pan with pam cooking spray ,fold it a few times and put it on whole wheat toast.
Then i chomp it down while driving to work(i am always pressed for time)

Turkey prepared right is f'n excellent, I agree.

If you calculate the $hit the average American eats for each meal i could see him losing a decent amount of weight. If he sub'ed 3 meals with clean calories say he saves 200 calories on each meal x 3 that 900 calories a day, 6300 calories a week ! Saying that the pics are still BS.

Yeah the quantity of saturated fats and high fructose corn syrup that most people consume, yes you could easily lose that if you had to to lose. But the pics... There isn't 130lbs to lose there. And chemicals were used.

I am just saying i have read a bunch of articles saying that when you cook them there is a process that takes place or something, I am doing a poor job of explaining it but maybe you should post it up on the diet section.
